Jana Seva Vishwastha Mandali (JSVM) is the parent NPO of this unique centre. It was founded in 1971,  and is a registered, Non-Profit, Charitable Trust dedicated to serving the society in the fields of Education and Rural Upliftment. This entity owns a 70 acres plot in Magadi Road, Bengaluru. A roadside plot has been carved out for the Param project.

The funding for the Param project in its entirety shall be provided through CSR for JSVM. All profits from the Param project shall be utilised by JSVM for its social activities.
